Machine Features
- The automatic glass cutter machine undergoes rigorous aging treatment to effectively ensure that the worktable remains deformation-free with precise parallelism.
- A Grade 0 marble worktable with a thickness of 200mm is selected, ensuring flatness controll within ±0.02mm, providing a stable foundation for cutting operations.
- The cutting head has a 360-degree rotation function and adopts an up-and-down cutting method, which can accurately cut any straight line and various special-shaped glass. Paired with a Japanese-imported servo motor, it ensures higher efficiency and stable cutting.
- The automatic glass cutter machine is equipped with imported components, including a U.S. Galil control card and a Japanese SMC pneumatic proportional valve, ensuring stable and durable operation. It responds quickly, instantly adjusting gas flow and pressure according to control signals to maintain cutting quality.
- A high-precision dual-CCD positioning system, combined with an electronic lens, LCD display, and optical magnifier, enables accurate detection and positioning of the cutting path.
- The cnc glass cutter has the function of automatically adjusting the cutting knife pressure, and the cutting process is fast, accurate and stable. During shape glass cutting, automatic pressure adjustment enhances cutting quality effectively.
- The software supports flexible combination and sequencing of cutting dimensions, automatically generating the optimal cutting plan to enhance efficiency. It also allows for secondary manual adjustments, further improving material utilization.
